David Tarrant is a police officer at Scotland Yard, the head quarters of the Metropolitan Police Force, London. He is a member of Nexus and a friend of the Gatekeepers.

Evil Star[]
Tarrant gives Matthew Freeman and Richard Cole fake passports to enter Peru, undetected by Diego Salamanda. At first, he is suspected of possibly being the traitor inside Nexus, however it is later revealed to be Fabian.
He is informed of as dying of a heart attack two years before the Gatekeepers came back and Susan Ashwood remembers him fondly.
