Anthony Horowitz (born 5 April 1955) is an English novelist an screenwriter. He has written many chil
dren's novels, including The Power Of Five, Alex Rider and The Diamond Brothers series and has written over fifty books. He has also written extensively for television, adapting many ofAgatha Christie's Hercule Poirot novels for the ITV series. He is the creator and writer of theITV series Foyle's War, Murders Midsomer Murders and Collision.
